Kitchen and Garden Happenings

Green tomatoes ready to ripen.

 Eggs breakfast cooked in an iron skillet, Jimmy Deans turkey sausage crumbles browned with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese added to a protein wrap with fresh arugula added from the garden.

 Veal cutlet with fresh shallots, mushrooms, green peppercorns, red wine, and homemade beef broth. The brussel sprouts are sauteed in iron skillet with prosciutto, onions, garlic, a little white wine, chicken stock, salt and white pepper, then finished off in the oven.

 Organic spinach linguini with sauteed fresh shallots onions, squash, carrots, zucchini, asparagus, green beans, Parmesan rind and fresh grated, sherry wine, homemade chicken stock and butter.
